1. Who Is Covered

This Limited Warranty is extended only to the original end-user purchaser who bought the product new from Studio London Design, LLC ("Studio London") through studiolondondesign.com. It is non-transferable and does not extend to subsequent owners, gift recipients (except where expressly stated), or to products purchased through unauthorized resellers.

2. What Is Covered

Subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions below, Studio London warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential (non-commercial) use and care, for the warranty period specified in Section 3, beginning from the date of delivery.

3. Warranty Period

Unless a different period is stated on the product page at the time of purchase or in the product documentation, the following warranty periods apply from the date of delivery:

• Case goods (dressers, cabinets, bookcases, dining tables, desks): one (1) year limited warranty.

• Upholstered furniture (sofas, chairs, ottomans): one (1) year limited warranty on frame, fabric, and cushion construction.

• Outdoor furniture: one (1) year limited warranty on frames, finishes, and fabrics against manufacturing defects under normal residential outdoor use.

• Accessories, lighting, and small décor: ninety (90) days limited warranty.

If the product page or accompanying product documentation specifies a different warranty period, that period controls.

4. What We Will Do

If a defect covered by this warranty arises during the warranty period, Studio London will, at its option and as its sole remedy:

• repair the defective product;

• replace the defective part or product with the same or a functionally equivalent item; or

• if repair or replacement is not commercially practicable, refund the original purchase price (or a pro-rated portion, where fair).

Replacement parts or products may be new or remanufactured. Colors, fabrics, or finishes of replacement items may vary slightly due to production variation or changes in available materials. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced item is the remainder of the original warranty period.

5. What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear, including softening of fillings, slight fading of fabrics or finishes under normal use, and minor variations in grain, color, or texture of natural materials (wood, leather, stone, rattan);

• damage from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions;

• damage from improper assembly or assembly by unqualified persons;

• damage from exposure to extreme heat, sunlight, humidity, or weather beyond the product's intended use environment (e.g., outdoor products used in conditions beyond those recommended);

• damage from spills, pets, sharp objects, cleaning agents not recommended for the material, or unauthorized repair or modification;

• products used in commercial, rental, contract, or institutional settings;

• floor models, "as-is" items, final sale items, and clearance items (except for any manufacturing defect disclosed before purchase);

• damage during shipping after delivery by our carrier (e.g., a customer's own mover);

• variations inherent in handcrafted items; and

• labor costs for assembly, disassembly, or transport other than those arranged by Studio London.

6. How to Obtain Warranty Service

To make a warranty claim, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the defect:

Please include:

• your name, order number, and delivery date;

• a description of the defect;

• clear photographs or video showing the defect; and

• photographs of the product label or tag, where available.

We will respond within ten (10) business days and will explain any next steps, including inspection, return, or on-site service where applicable. You will not be charged for warranty service unless otherwise disclosed in advance.

7. Implied Warranties and Remedies

Implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability and any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this Limited Warranty, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio London is not liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the product or this warranty.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

8. California Residents

California residents have additional rights under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act. Nothing in this Limited Warranty is intended to limit those rights. In particular, for products sold in California with a written warranty, implied warranties run concurrently with the written warranty but not less than sixty (60) days.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes under this Limited Warranty are subject to the dispute resolution terms of our Terms and Conditions of Sale, including the informal resolution requirement and, where applicable, binding arbitration and class-action waiver. Nothing in those provisions limits your rights under Magnuson-Moss to pursue state-court informal dispute settlement where required or to pursue remedies in small-claims court.

10. Severability

If any provision of this Limited Warranty is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
