How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery depends on the shipping method:
- Small-parcel ground (items under approx. 70 lbs): 3-7 business days.
- LTL freight / curbside (larger items): 7-14 business days. The carrier will call to schedule an appointment.
- White glove delivery: 10-21 business days. The carrier will call to schedule an appointment.
Made-to-order or custom items have longer lead times, shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. All timeframes are estimates; actual delivery may vary due to carrier routing, weather, or other factors.
What's the difference between curbside and white glove delivery?
Curbside (LTL) delivery means the driver brings the shipment to the curb at your delivery address. The driver is not required to bring items inside; you'll need to transport them yourself, and we recommend having at least one extra person for heavy pieces.
White glove delivery includes delivery inside your home to the room of your choice, basic assembly where noted on the product page, and removal of packaging materials. It does not include electrical or plumbing connections, wall mounting, or removal of existing furniture (unless separately purchased).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and digital wallets such as Apple Pay. Financing is provided by independent lenders under their own terms; eligibility, rates, and repayment are determined by the lender, not Studio London.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in like-new condition, and in original packaging with all hardware and components included. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA); contact support@studiolondondesign.com before sending anything back. We aim to issue RAs within 2 business days.
